After initial inspection, if you are unhappy with quality, materials, or workmanship, return the product in UNUSED condition in ORIGINAL CARTON within 10 days for exchange or credit. Defects in workmanship are covered under initial satisfaction guarantee or extended warranty. Guarantee and warranty do not cover shipping and handling.

Request for Returns or Exchanges must be within 10 days of RECEIPT date (date of delivery). A Return Authorization (RA)Number is required for all returns.

You may request this RA number by emailing the product number and description and why you wish to return it. Once and RA number is issued, the product must be returned in new condition with all packing materials, instructions and paperwork, and in original carton. Exchanges or credits are the option of BuckandSquealBBQsauce.com Returns which are not exchanged will incur a 20% restocking charge
